This year, IBI authored three publications based on the results of IBI’s Health and Productivity Management (HPM) Practices Survey, conducted by IBI with Harris Interactive (authors of the Harris Poll). Taken together, the second and third of those publications lend valuable insight into how, in a superior corporate culture, a synergy forms around effective HPM programs, superior business results, respect from industry peers and employee satisfaction.
