As one of the leading retailers affected by the recession, JCPenny was dedicated to improving their health and productivity programs despite the economic obstacles they encountered. The session, presented by Matthew Harmon of JCPenney and Teresa Bartlett of Sedgwick, described the continuing success of JCPenney's integrated health programs and their journey over the last five years. They focused on facing the challenges of the economic upheaval and the accompanying changes to leadership and corporate culture.
