A survey by Harris Interactive for IBI of a representative sample of Fortune 1000 employers demonstrates the use of employee incentive programs to encourage behaviors around health and productivity. We find that 6 in 10 of these employers provide employees at least one health incentive program. For those that know why they don’t, the most common reasons are that such programs aren’t supported by the corporate culture or that there is no proven ROI.
